Raw Material Intake

Paper substrates sourced and managed in-house from the first stage. No dependency on external suppliers for core production inputs — quality starts before the press.

Step 02

Offset Printing

High-volume, colour-consistent print across all sheet formats — 19×26, 20×28, and 28×40 — and substrates. Built for repeat production where brand colour accuracy is non-negotiable.

Step 03

Conversion & Forming

Carry bags, cartons, and packaging structures formed and shaped in-house using automated machines. Roll-to-roll printing integrated directly with bag forming for scale and consistency.

Step 04

Lamination & Finishing

Hot and cold lamination in gloss, matte, and soft-touch. Precision die-cutting, box pasting and forming — finishing workflow integrated directly with the printing line, eliminating third-party handoffs.

Step 05

Quality Check & Dispatch

Every order inspected before it leaves — structural integrity, print accuracy, and surface finish checked against your specifications. Brand-consistent, shelf-ready, dispatched on time.
